These pieces are all related in one way or another to my stay in Italy. I moved to Milano for work reasons the last day of May of 2016. However I only re-started with my art activities in March 2018. Our return to Europe was quite unexpected, and it took time to move our life from South Africa after almost five years! Thupa, our cat, arrived after five months, then Nacho finally moved after seven, and the restructuring of our new apartment took more than one year… not to speak about a completely different job involving lots of travelling. My life was too full of dust and quite upside down, until I finally settle down and re-started.
